Corporate investor relations has traditionally been built for institutions. We're closing that gap with an AI-native platform combining owned investor newsrooms, video, conversational AI, distribution and retail intelligence. Our tools help companies educate shareholders, understand what resonates and measure the impact of their communications. More than 60 listed issuers across the UK, Europe and North America already use Curation.

We've raised $3m+ in seed funding, led by VEON, to deepen our AI product suite, grow the team and support US expansion, with an office planned for 2027. You'll join a flat, high-ownership culture at a moment where what you build here will define how we grow.

The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to lead our machine learning and data intelligence efforts. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that integrate seamlessly into our existing tech ecosystem. This is a mid-level role — ideal for someone with a strong foundation in AI and data engineering who’s ready to take ownership and grow into a key technical leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for core product features
  • Design scalable data pipelines and APIs to feed AI systems
  • Work with the engineering team to integrate models into production (React + Laravel + PostgreSQL stack)
  • Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and performance tuning
  • Stay current on AI trends, tools, and frameworks, and proactively propose improvements
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to translate ideas into production-ready solutions

About You

  • Strong proficiency in Python and standard data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Experience with at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
  • Understanding of modern software development practices (version control, CI/CD, APIs, testing)
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and accountability — you take ownership and deliver

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLM integration, vector databases, or prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with React, Laravel, and PostgreSQL (or similar stacks)
  • Some exposure to MLOps or cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  • Background in applied statistics or data analysis
