About Us

Curation is the retail Investor Relations OS for listed companies — helping them reach, engage and measure their retail investor base.

Our AI-native platform combines owned investor newsrooms, video, conversational AI, distribution and retail intelligence. We give IR teams the tools to educate shareholders, understand what resonates and measure communications, closing the gap left by channels designed primarily for institutional investors.

More than 60 listed issuers across the UK, Europe and North America already use Curation. We've raised $3m+ in seed funding, led by VEON, to deepen our product suite, grow the team and support US expansion, with an office planned for 2027.

We're hiring a Corporate Broking Account Manager to help us scale, strengthen client relationships and help listed companies build clearer, more compelling stories for their retail shareholders.

The Role

You will be responsible for the management of our corporate client book, acting as their main point of contact, ensuring seamless delivery across internal teams.

This role bridges commercial origination, research delivery, and client success, ensuring every aspect of client engagement is high-impact, well-coordinated, and commercially valuable.

Most importantly you will be responsible for driving retention and account growth through strategic upselling and new initiatives.

The role suits someone who moves fast, is comfortable with responsibility and ambiguity, and combines exceptional relationship skills with a firm grasp of public markets.

You focus on outcomes, bring people together to solve problems, and communicate with clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Ownership: Lead day-to-day relationships across our book of PLC clients, maintaining a complete focus on retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with our Junior Equity Research Analyst to onboard new clients, build and update their showcases, and ensure content remains accurate and engaging across all channels. Co-ordinate with Head of Equity Sales to support origination. Liaise with Product team to ensure the tech platform supports the needs of our clients.
  • Content Coordination: Manage client-related content team for Curation’s socials and showcases, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and messaging.
  • Reporting & Communication: Drive proactive client touchpoints, including weekly high-level data updates, quarterly in-depth presentation packs, and regular check-ins, providing clear, concise reporting and insight.
  • Distribution Leadership: Encourage client-led promotion of showcases to maximise visibility, investor engagement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Investor Interaction: Arrange and manage investor calls with company management teams, coordinating scheduling, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use platform analytics and client feedback to identify opportunities, shape narratives, and prioritise work that strengthens account performance.
  • Experience Management: Balance ideal client experiences with practical constraints, commercial goals, and internal delivery capacity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with client stakeholders, from Investor Relations teams to C Suite executives, and document updates and comms crisply for internal alignment.
  • Commercial Growth: Support renewal discussions, proposals, and pricing conversations alongside Origination; contribute to account-level growth planning and forecasting.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Research, Origination, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution of all deliverables and showcase updates.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all client activity adheres to internal quality, brand, and regulatory standards.

  • Experience managing corporate accounts and working with IR or C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Comfort working at pace, handling ambiguity, and collaborating across teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including concise client updates and decks.
  • Commercial and ownership mindset with a proven track record of improving retention or driving upsell growth.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
