1,600+ retail questions answered, no extra headcount

A company LLM took the repeat questions off the IR desk and answered them with sources

The challenge

The same questions, every reporting cycle

IP Group’s portfolio model, NAV and discount can be difficult for retail investors to interpret. The IR team was repeatedly explaining the same themes, but had limited visibility into what investors were misunderstanding, which parts of the story were resonating, or how engagement translated into trading behaviour.

What we did

The Showcase video

The portfolio story, in just over a minute

Curation created a bespoke video to explain IP Group’s equity story in a clear, engaging and retail-friendly way. It acts as the entry point to the Showcase, helping new investors quickly understand the business before exploring the story in more detail.

The outcome

Consistent answers, and a read on what retail misreads

Over 1,400 investor questions were answered in the first quarter using published company information, reducing the need for repeated one-to-one responses from IR. Curation’s question data also gave the team a clearer view of what retail investors were asking about, helping inform future communications and results materials.

Showcase visitors track retail buying

10 March – 10 June 2025 · correlation 65%

Each point is one trading day in the campaign window: engaged Showcase visitors, investors who triggered two or more events on the page, against individual retail buyers. Daily Showcase engagement and retail buying correlate at 65% across the window. Two days beyond the scale are left off the plot but count towards the line and the correlation.

*Increase in average daily trading volume is measured as the increase in ADV during the Curation campaign relative to the three months prior. Past performance is not a guide to future results, and nothing here is investment advice.
